Writing Your Own Monologue with Gisele Boustani-Fontenele

  • Saturday, October 11th, 10:00am-11:30am, 3714 Effie Street Los Angeles 90026

  • From one of our very own Demand To Be Heard Resident Artists, learn about Giselle’s process creating the piece she will show at the Resident Artist Showcase, and then try it out for yourself!

Sparks: Theater Tools for Multidisciplinary Artists

  • Sunday October 12th, 10:30am-12:00pm, A Room to Create (ARC) Studios, Pasadena

  • Director, dramaturg, and creative producer Diana Wyenn will share generative theater techniques that artists across disciplines can use to uncover new insights, connections, and relationships to their work, ideas, and bodies. Through voice, gesture, and spontaneous play, participants will explore how the body holds ideas and memories—revealing creative impulses and offering practical tools they can apply to brainstorming, devising, or refining their work. Open to all; no prior experience required.
